To manually type the text that is printed on a piece of paper there is a program ABBYY FineReader 15, which allows you to save the scanned text in word format. This program is in my opinion the best among its kind, as it is intelligent, and easily customizable. And so let’s start, the application is designed for text recognition, that is, for example, you have a printed text, but you need it in electronic form. That would not print it on the computer manually, using this program, it can be scanned and saved in electronic form. At the same time it can be edited, and of course choose the format of its preservation.
FineReader 15 Corporate has a document comparison feature that allows you to compare 2 identical documents at a glance. If suddenly differences are found between them, they will be highlighted. Sometimes this feature greatly facilitates the work with documents. Moreover, the application perfectly understands documents that are written in several languages. This refers to documents that can contain text in several languages at the same time. There is also a possibility to easily convert a document from one format to another.
In this version, the recognition system is improved, now it is possible to recognize the text that was photographed on a mobile phone. In addition, the application has the ability to check the spelling of the text, at the moment it is possible to check in many languages. This version is even better optimized to work on a computer that has a multi-core processor. FineReader supports many of the most common scanners. To activate ABBYY FineReader 15 Enterprise, you do not need to do anything, as the key is already sewn into the installer. In General, as soon as the program is installed, it will register itself.
